Place - The Garvey family is in their third term as missionaries to the state of Tlaxcala in Mexico. They are church planters who have established a growing and vibrant church called El Rio (The River), and Randy serves as the senior pastor. The entire family ministers in the church through preaching, evangelism, music and dance.
